Shipping & Payment Policy  

At Skinee Rejuvenation, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality healthcare, ensuring seamless access to medical providers and medications. We prioritize exceptional patient care before and after the sale. If you encounter any issues with your order or product, please contact our patient care team first.

 

Cancellations and Refunds (Prescription Products)  

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via the Company’s password-protected dashboard. The following terms apply to the cancellation of orders and refund eligibility for prescription medications:

 

Cancellation Prior to Doctor Visit: Customers who submit a written cancellation request via email to support@skineenow.com before completing their medical consultation with a licensed doctor may be eligible for a refund. If approved, the customer will receive a refund minus a $99 administrative fee.

 

No Cancellation or Refund After Doctor Visit: Once the medical consultation is completed, the prescription—if approved—is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. At this point, the order becomes non-cancellable, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of shipment status. This policy complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, which prohibit the return or resale of prescription medications once dispensed.

 

Prescription Rejection by Doctor: If the licensed doctor does not approve the prescription, the customer will receive a full refund with no administrative fees applied.

 

Prescription Change Requests After Fulfillment: Customers wishing to change their prescription type after it has been sent to the pharmacy will incur a $150 re-processing fee. Modifications are subject to review by a licensed doctor and are not guaranteed.

 

Regulatory Compliance: All prescription medication orders are final once submitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment. According to FDA regulations, prescription drugs cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed or prepared by a pharmacy.

 

Payment Terms

 

  1. Subscription Terms 

All payments for products and services are processed as recurring subscription payments, automatically renewing each month unless canceled by the customer. A valid payment method must be provided at the time of subscription, ensuring sufficient funds for recurring payments. Customers can cancel their subscription anytime via the Company’s secure, password-protected dashboard.

 

  1. Commitment for Medical Weight Loss Programs  

Medical weight loss programs, including those utilizing Tirzepatide and Semaglutide, require a three-month commitment, as the Company provides three months of medication upfront. Customers enrolling in these programs must adhere to the three-month subscription term, regardless of their chosen payment plan. If a customer cancels before completing the commitment, they will incur an early cancellation fee equal to the full retail monthly price of the program.

 

  1. Monthly Payment Plans  

Interest-free monthly payment plans are available with no credit checks required. Customers on a monthly payment plan who cancel before fulfilling the three-month commitment will incur the early cancellation fee as specified. Customers are responsible for ensuring all monthly payments are processed successfully on the agreed-upon dates.

 

Chargebacks and Payment Defaults

 

  1. Chargebacks: Any attempt to dispute or reverse a legitimate charge (“chargeback”) for services rendered or products ordered through the Company will be considered a breach of this agreement. The Company will vigorously contest all chargebacks, providing ample supporting evidence to the issuing bank, including proof of medical consultation, prescription issuance, and product fulfillment status. Customers who initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with the Company may face additional consequences, including a $199 chargeback processing fee added to their outstanding balance. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover all costs associated with the chargeback dispute, including attorneys’ fees, court costs, and administrative expenses.

 

  1. Payment Declines and Subscription Defaults: Customers enrolled in a three-month subscription program are required to complete the full term, regardless of their payment plan. If a customer’s payment method is declined and full payment for the committed term is not received, the remaining balance will be considered past due. The Company reserves the right to refer the outstanding balance to a third-party collections agency, at which point the customer will be responsible for all associated collection costs. A 50% collections surcharge will be added to the remaining balance to cover external recovery services. Additionally, the Company may pursue recovery through legal means at the customer’s expense.

 

Returns & Shipping Policy

 

We take great care in preparing and delivering your order. All sterile GLP medications and reconstituted peptides are cold-shipped overnight using medical-grade insulation and ice packs to preserve their potency and ensure prompt, safe delivery.

 

Product Stability Notice  

While rare, shipping delays or carrier mishandling can occur. Our products are lab-tested to remain stable and fully effective, even if exposed to temperatures up to 120°F (49°C) for up to 3 days. Therefore, there is no need for concern if a shipment is delayed or left at your door for a short period.

 

Incorrect Orders & Replacements  

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement. To initiate a claim, log into your patient portal, click the tab for replacement, and fill out the form. Claims made after the 7-day window may not qualify for replacement. Each case is subject to verification and handled individually.

 

Shipping Issues & Address Errors  

If your package is:

– Marked as delivered but sent to the wrong address

– Delayed in transit

– Arrives damaged

 

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. If your order has not been delivered, we require a 3-day waiting period from the expected delivery date before processing a replacement to account for potential carrier delays.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address 

If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, you are responsible for the error. We can resend your package with a $150 reprocessing and reshipping fee, which includes physician review, medication handling, and shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee the ability to reroute or intercept a package.
